Why practice hot yoga?
Heated rooms allow for enhanced flexibility, decreased muscle strain, decreased chance of injury, deeper cleansing through detoxification of the body, and builds remarkable strength and endurance.
In vinyasa yoga classes, students link each movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Baptiste Yoga, Power Yoga, and Ashtanga could all be considered vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class.
