Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class.

Our doors lock automatically for our students safety and

WE BEGIN CLASS ON TIME!

You must pre-register for classes. If only one client shows up for a class the class will be cancelled. We ask that you also cancel 2 hours before a class. Cancellations or class changes made less than two hours prior to the beginning of class are invalid and students will be charged full price for any registered classes that they miss or fail to cancel within the required time. If less than 3 clients are signed up 2 hours before an evening class start time the class will be cancelled. If less than 3 clients are signed up 10 hours before a morning class start time the class will be cancelled. Thank you in advance for your understanding these policies that will create a home yoga studio for yourself and our teachers that is filled with your presence, your dedication, your loyalty, and lots of SOUL & SWEAT!

Please note our yoga studio is not air conditioned. We have some non-heated classes in our studio but this only means we are NOT turning on the heat panels! If you prefer air conditioned classes we recommend All-Levels and Yoga Lift in the Lift a Barre studio.  

 

 

WORKSHOP: Enneagram Workshop Series

5 Part Workshop Series. 1-3PM. Non-heated.

Explore your inner working in this 5 part workshop series. “Find your unique path to spiritual growth.” We will be using the Enneagram of Personality to dive deeper into self awareness and empathy. In reading, discussing and practicing yoga together, we will gain a better understanding of how and why we do the things we do; why we react to situations so differently from others and ultimately leave with a better understanding of ourselves and those around us. The Enneagram can help you address your unhealthy qualities, while celebrating your healthy ones. This ancient tool has been used in all the major religions throughout history to help people do the hard work of becoming more awake to themselves! Please join us for the intricate and noble work in this series of self-discovery!

Each class will be 2 hours. We will read assigned chapters ahead of time and discuss them together on Sunday then move through an all-levels flow.

Present Power Plus

75 minutes. Warm with temperatures ranging from 80-85 degrees. Offered Mondays 9:30am-10:45am.

Present Power Vinyasa is a class created by the founder of Power Yoga, Beryl Bender Birch, using postures from both the Primary and Secondary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This strength building flow class uses variations of the postures to make the practice accessible for all bodies. Vinyasa practice is fueled by the linking of breath with movement. Bring water and get ready to move with SOUL & SWEAT. Perfect opportunity to experience Ashtanga Yoga. This class is intended for fit beginners and experienced practitioners. Room heated 80-85 degrees. 

All-Levels Flow

60 minutes. Non-heated & heated option offered.

Looking for a class that will help build strength and flexibility slowly over time, without putting undo pressure on your joints? This is for you. Through the use of props and a carefully designed sequence of poses, you will begin to experience the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of a regular yoga practice. Although this class is aimed for beginners, options will be given encourage participants to grow in their practice.

Non-heated class offered on Mondays at 6:45pm in the Lift a barre studio. Heated class offered on Tuesdays at 9:30am and 6pm in Soulshine Yoga of Florence studio. 

HOT Present Power

60 minutes. Heated to 90+ degrees. Offered on Mondays at 7:15pm.

Chakra Flow

60 minutes. Non-heated. Offered on Tuesdays at 6pm.

Referred to as “yoga for the soul” Chakra Flow is a vinyasa based flow that works through the chakra energies to cultivate mindfulness and inner stillness. Set to music, is uses dancelike sequencing to strengthen and loosen the body, open the heart and calm the mind. This class is designed to create balance by incorporating meditation mantras, and pranayama.
 

Soul Flow

60 minutes. Room heated to 75-80 degrees. Offered on Tuesdays at 7:30pm & Thursdays 7:30pm.

A warm vinyasa class that invites you to grow into your practice with dynamic flows linking breath with movement. Some yoga experience recommended. Studio temperatures ranging from 75-80 degrees.

Get Hot Flow

60 minutes. Heated to 90 degrees. Offered on Wednesdays at 9:30am, 5:45pm, & Fridays 9:30am.

Our signature, HOT flow class! The perfect mix of SOUL & SWEAT. Room heated to 90+ degrees. Some yoga experience may be beneficial. 

YINpired

45-minutes. Warm class with temperatures ranging from 75-85 degrees. Offered on Wednesdays at 7pm & Fridays at 10:45am.

Chill out with this 45-minute, gentle class that includes restorative-yin poses, some traditional asana poses, and relaxing breathing practices.  Warm class with temperatures ranging from 75-85 degrees. Suitable for all levels. 

Make Peace With Your Monkey Brain

60 minutes. Non-heated. Offered on Thursdays at 8am starting September 12, 2019.

Start the morning off with an All Levels Flow. We will discuss and learn new ways to cope with anxiety, stress and depression. The class will focus on relieving stress and anxiety through mindful breath and meditative movement. NON-HEATED. 

Short Form: An Ashtanga Inspired Class

60 minutes. Warm with temperatures ranging from 80-85 degrees. Offered on Thursdays at 6pm.

Ashtanga Yoga, founded by K. Pattabhi Jois, is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. 

 

Enjoy the insanely awesome benefits of Ashtanga yoga with Short Form: An Ashtanga Inspired Class, designed by yoga pioneer David Swenson, author of the amazing Ashtanga Yoga Practice Manual. This practice is great for building core strength and toning the body. Class easily modified and all-levels are celebrated. Room heated to 80+ degrees. 

HOT HAPPY HOUR

60 minute class. Room heated to 90+ degrees. 1 glass of wine included. Offered on Fridays at 4:30pm.

Our signature HOT flow class + HAPPY HOUR! The perfect mix of SOUL & SWEAT. Room heated to 90+ degrees, some yoga experience may be beneficial. Optional Yoga Social to follow class at 5:30pm where you can stay and WINE DOWN with great company and vino!
60-minute yoga class followed by optional 1 glass of wine for yogis over the age of 21. 

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL NOT BE HOT HAPPY HOUR ON 6/21/19 DUE TO THE 108 SUMMER SOLSTICE EVENT. 

GET HOT & CHILL OUT

75 min class. Room heated to 90+ degrees. Offered on Saturdays 9:30am.

Our signature, HOT flow class with the perfect mix of SOUL & SWEAT. Hot vinyasa yoga links your breath with mindful movements. This 75-minute class ends with ample opportunities to chill out with gentle, yin-restorative poses and breathing practices. Room heated to 90+ degrees. Some yoga experience may be beneficial.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL NOT BE A GET HOT & CHILL OUT CLASS ON 6/29/19 AS WE ARE HAVING A SHAKE YOUR ASANA SPECIAL EVENT! 

Easy Like Sunday

60-75 minutes. Non-heated class. Offered on Sundays at 3:45pm.

"Take it Easy Like Sunday" with a soulful slow flow yoga class followed by a blissful Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a shift from thinking and doing into feeling and just being. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep”. In this experience of yoga nidra, we transcend any perceptions and limitations we self-create. Our usual sleep takes us below the mind, and Yoga Nidra carries us beyond the mind.
All experience levels welcome. Wear warm and comfortable layers. Non-heated class.
